1月3日，好未来发布公告称，白云峰于2021年12月31日辞去集团总裁职务，继续担任董事长。现任集团CFO彭壮壮兼任集团总裁职务，自2022年1月1日生效。
彭壮壮接任好未来CFO的时间并不久。2021年9月24日，好未来发布公告称，公司董事会已任命战略副总裁彭壮壮接任辞职的罗戎的CFO职务，自2021年11月1日起生效。
2021年11月13日，好未来在官方微博宣布其内地义务教育阶段的学科类校外培训服务将于2021年12月31日截止。随后，好未来创始人、CEO张邦鑫发布一则内部信，其中提到，现任集团CFO彭壮壮，将同时负责集团的投资及海外的业务拓展和合作。
据了解，彭壮壮自2020年3月起担任好未来战略副总裁。在此之前，彭壮壮在企业战略和管理事务方面拥有丰富经验，其曾任微软大中华区商业战略总经理、顾问，是麦肯锡公司驻北京的全球董事，拥有哈佛大学数学学士学位和普林斯顿大学数学博士学位。
