2021杭州国际空调通风暨制冷及冷链产业展览会(英文缩写：RACC)是国内极具行业影响力的专业展会。本展会是以浙江制冷产业基地为优势，打造中国国际新名片为目的，得到浙江省各级政府大力支持。由中国国际贸易促进委员会建设行业分会、中国国际商会浙江商会、中国仓储与配送协会冷链分会、浙江省制冷学会、浙江省制冷空调行业协会、江苏省制冷学会、浙江省氟化学工业协会、上海冷链协会等八大权威单位联合主办，打造全球标志性的国际制冷展会。
上届展览会已于2020年11月15日-17日在杭州国际博览中心成功举办，包括巨化、三美、海亮、金龙、赢胜、凯迪、北峰、瑞雪、美乐柯、鸿森、华光、达锦、乐腾等近300家，展出面积15000平米，共有来自11个国家和地区的12000多观众共同出席展会，集中展示了空调、通风、制冷及冷链行业最新产品和技术。同期举办了4场专业务实的行业论坛，均取得广泛赞誉。70多家媒体参与展会的报道。
RACC2021展览会将通过“整合制冷资源，助推产业双循环”办好展会，规模扩大到50000平米，分为空调通风馆、配件馆、冷链馆以及制冷设备馆。通过更为广泛的全球宣传推广，邀请国内外知名企业参展或参观，体现全球供应，国际采购，充分满足企业对国内外信息、技术、标准、政策、宣传的全方位需求，以“市场化、专业化、国际化”为目标，使展览会成为空调制冷行业供需的国际交流平台。同期将举办超过20场更加专业细分的行业论坛活动。
