Founded in Paris, France in 1964, SIAL China was introduced to China in 2000. After diligently cultivating international brand values for 60 years and deeply developing in the Chinese food and beverage market for 23 years, SIAL cultivated two international food & beverage shows in China, SIAL Shanghai & SIAL Shenzhen. The former now is being Asia’s largest food & beverage innovation show.
SIAL China showcases a full classification of global food and beverage products. Over 500,000 target buyers will be invited to make purchase and build business partnership onsite during the exhibition. Before and after the event, we will provide integrate marketing campaign through online & offline, to create fresh business opportunity for the industry.
SIAL Shanghai
SIAL Shanghai, will be held in the Shanghai New International Expo Center from May 18th to 20th, 2023. With an exhibition area of 180,000 m2, it is expected to attract 4,500 exhibitors and more than 150,000 professionals from all over the world.
In addition to areas meant for national and regional pavillions, This year SIAL Shanghai consists 8 highlight sectors: Babyfood Village, Organic & Wellness Village, Dairy Sector, Non-alcoholic Beverage Sector, Food Sector, Meat Poultry & Curted Meat Sector, Seafood Sector, Alcoholic Beverage Sector.
The concurrent SIAL Global Food Industry Summit is comprised of nine forums, including Food-Tech Innovation Forum, International Meat Forum, Import Food Summit, Global New Retail Forum, Food Supply Chain Forum, F&B Investment Forum, China Catering Forum, F&B Distributor Forum, International Drink Forum.
Diverse events and activities will be shown on, including SIAL Innovation, La Cusine, Snacking Awards, Chic & Tea Contest, Airline Catering, SIAL Cup, Rolling Dice Market, Chinese Restaurant and Seafood Fest.
SIAL Online Marketplace
1. Online Marketplace is self-service platform which free opens to all exhibitors of SIAL Shanghai and SIAL Shenzhen. Each exhibitor can login to complete company introduction, upload pictures, and all other information. These will be displayed to the public through online exhibitorlist and productlist of the year, as well as show directory. You may conduct match-making, tailor invitation letter, apply badges through the platform.
2. SIAL Innovation is the vane of the innovation and development of the global food and beverage industry. It opens to all current exhibitors for free every year.
